So your resume impressed one the decision makers so much that they want to bring you in for an interview. You have been selected from a highly talented group of individuals; this is your time to sell yourself to the employer.

You might be thinking to yourself, “are they really going to ask me the last question?” The fact of the matter is that you don’t know what will be asked during the interview so you need to be prepared to answer anything. You don’t want to be surprised with the questions asked because you might end up stumbling with your response.
